Support and the Head Office Team:

There are 5 of us at head office (plus contractors) and our role is to help and support our team. We all have different roles to do this, but we spend around 95% of our week all playing a part in helping you. Put bluntly, this help, support and experience is what your management fees pay for.

We are a very hard working, close-knit and friendly team and work together at our Head Office based just outside of Cardiff in South Wales.

I think some people have heard horror stories of being trained up for a franchise and then being left to it. This couldn’t be further from how it is with us! We are accessible, constantly in touch and always there for you.

Our reputation is very important to us, in fact it is fundamental in enabling us to grow and develop so we put a huge amount of emphasis on getting this right. We want everyone in our team to be successful and loving what they are doing, as much as you do!

Although you’ll be working for yourself, you’ll never feel alone and we’re there as much or as little as you want / need.

Cathy - Cook Stars Founder

My role as the CEO is very varied and exciting! Much of my work revolves around my mission to grow and support the team so we can offer more opportunities to people to have a career they love and in turn deliver even more sessions to children throughout the UK. I also work on the creative side and come up with new ideas and ways of working for the team to help them be as successful as they want! Everything I do is to grow and develop our brand and enhance our reputation for exceptional customer service (to our team of franchisees as well as our cooking customers!).

Faye - Operations Manager

Faye is our Operations Manager and will train and support you on a day-to-day basis and is your ‘go to’ person for help and advice.

Faye used to be a franchisee herself (with a children’s arts franchise) so really understands things from your perspective and the help and support you need. Faye has been with Cook Stars for over 7 years, is very experienced and you’ll feel you’re in very safe hands with her by your side.

Siobhan - Franchise Recruiter

Siobhan is the person who you will initially speak to and help answer any questions you may have about a career with Cook Stars. Siobhan will take care of you from your first enquiry until you start your training.

Kate - PA to Operations Manager Faye and Done For You Marketing lead.

Kate is the person you will go to when you want website changes, or adverts personalised and helps take customer enquiries for you. Kate also runs our Done For You marketing service and produces weekly newsletters and adds social media contents for you when you first launch.

Louise - Orders Administrator

Louise sends all of your Cook Stars shop orders to you. When you order items like recipe cards, starter packs etc for your customers Louise will process your orders and get them out to you.
