Some people in the team like more support than others. Whatever you chose, there is an abundance of help and support if you'd like it!

Weekly Zoom Calls

Each week we host a different 1 hour Zoom call open to all the team.

These are:
Monthly Team Coffee Hour
Hot Seat coaching call
Training
Goal Setting

These calls are always recorded so if you can't join in you can watch it back later.

These calls are a place to focus on specific help someone may need in a particular week. These sessions are useful to sit in on even if no specific help is required simply because it help spark ideas and is a great place to chat to other people in the team.

Our monthly Newsletter

We produce a newsletter that is dedicated to helping and supporting our team. It is packed with help, advice and ideas for the team to use. We ask the team to contribute to it too and share things that have gone really well for them – it’s very inspiring and motivating and helps bring the team together.

A goal setting and planning system

Our 5 part planning system has been designed to make planning easy and fun! The team have use of a 40 page goal setting system, a monthly planner, a weekly marketing planner, a daily planner and a wall calendar. We also hold monthly goal setting Zoom calls with the team around this too.

One to one calls

When you first join, you’ll have 1-2-1 weekly calls (or Zoom sessions) with Faye. There will be lots of other communications too at any time you need help. Our help is always available but people like these dedicated sessions to cover something they’re not quite sure of that is more in depth than a quick e mail or call. For example you may want to run over something again from training in which case Faye will screen share with you and re-visit whatever it is you need help with. These weekly sessions run for 6-8 weeks as general rule – we find after those initial first weeks much less help is needed and people have started to get into the swing of things by then. The help doesn’t stop of course, we’re regularly in touch with people who have been part of the team for years too – but the help you will need changes as you grow into the role.

Team Facebook Group

We have a private team Facebook page which is great for quick communications amongst the team. Although we are always around to help and support you, sometimes someone else in the team is in a great position to be able to help (eg. Does anyone know if Asda sells ….?). There is a lot of help and support in the team if you need it. We have people at different stages in the team and everyone is very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
