Cook Stars all started with Cathy's love of good food and teaching her children how to cook.
Wanting a change from managerial roles in financial services, Cathy came up with the idea for Cook Stars in 2013, and hasn't stopped coming up with new services and ideas for the franchisee team ever since!
With a background in psychology and a strong interest in eating behaviours and nutrition, Cathy is the chief recipe creator at Cook Stars and loves experimenting to create different recipes.
Mum of 3 incredible teens (plus a gorgeous but crazy Dalmatian and 2 cats) Cathy loves nothing more than being creative and always has more ideas than time! Cook Stars is ever evolving and the team are never short of new services to offer their customers as a result.
Cathy's at her happiest when she's travelling, exploring and adventuring in new and exciting countries, cooking (no surprises there!), trying out different restaurants, doing anything outdoors - running, walking, paddle boarding, body boarding and spending time at her caravan with the beach just a minute away on the beautiful Gower coast.
Loves: Anything creative, food / cooking, peonies, crisp spring days, fresh country air.
Hates: Mushroom soup, frogs, politics.
